Great service
Just got my Toyota Tundra from ASAP Motors in Fort Walton Beach, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They were easy to deal with, no pressure at all, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Great people and a very easy buying experience. Highly recommend ASAP Motors FWB 👍
DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE ! THEY WILL LOW BALL YOU AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND SELL YOU A CAR THAT WILL LAST LONG ENOUGH TO GET IT OFF THEIR LOT . THERE IS NO GOOD COMMUNICATION AT ALL AND WHEN YPU TRY TO CALL THEM THEY ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSES THAT THEY ARE BUSY SLAMMED WITH CUSTOMERS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THAT MY FRIEND WENT THROUGH. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO EVEN BE OPEN AND TALE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG KIDS LOOKING FOR CARS TO TRADE IN AND BUY ANOTHER ONE .
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would the staff claims to know nothing about cars when I asked what has been done to it one of the managers stated he isn’t a mechanic he doesn’t know even basic things like an intake.
