Made an appointment for today. On the weekend just got a call from them saying they expect payment upfront which is ridiculous for a mobile appointment. I can see why they have so many one star reviews definitely would not be using this company for anything in the future
Absolutely amazing service from ASAP Roadworth! I realised last minute that my roadworthy had expired and they were able to come out within just a few hours and get it all sorted. From the call centre to the person who came out - everyone was super helpful and professional. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all. Honestly can’t fault them, highly recommend!

I booked and paid up front on ASAP's website and had noted a time slot that was available according to their website, made plans to be available and work around school drop offs and meetings, My booking was confirmed with a generic text message, and a phone call a few hours later. saying they would come any time between 8am to 4pm, and not at 7:30am.
