Great experience, on time and couldn't be a more helpful and genuine bloke. Highly recommend if you need a Roadworthy done in the Gladstone area.
Unfortunately we have had a costly and pretty disappointing experience, the claws does say to be available for the car to be inspected from 8-4 which is a ridiculous window of time. We organised with the inspector to look at the car from 12-4 pm and they said they would call 40 and then 10 minutes ahead. Unfortunately they rocked up at 10am and only tried calling 10 minutes before rocking up and was very rude over the phone saying if they stay another 10 minutes they will charge us another $88 dollars.
