ABSOLUTE SHEER INCOMPETENCE. RUDE and USELESS. Do not use. Correspondence via useless off-shore telecommunications office. Would not book time or date for roadworthy as requested despite multiple requests, and when asked to cancel due to incompetence adamantly demanded to keep cancellation fee. So embarassing.
