Total lack of customer service. Doesn't return messages. Deceptive business practices. Takes money for merchandise that they never deliver. Doesn't inform customers that they will never receive merchandise you pay for. Doesn't show up at the correct time for an appointment when they give you an appointment and doesn't call to say they will not be on time for your confirmed appointment.
