We had a slab leak prob;lem in our house and thanks to ASAP's knowledgeable and thorough technician, Quentin, a seriously mishandled plumbing "repair" was corrected. Quentin made 2 extra trips to our house and helped us avoid a drastic and expensive wrong "repair" by an incompetent plumbing firm. ***** 5 stars! Customer forever.
We had water coming up from the floor in the laundry room. We called a 1800 Leak Detect and they came out. The guy looked at it and said no need to leak detect because it was a foundation leak and you can't cut down into the foundation without causing structural damage to the house. He said the whole house needed to be repiped through the attic and he gave us a quote for 14,000. I called around to get a second opinion and ended up calling Hanes Enviromental.
