I got a quote from this broker in regards to auto insurance. I was quoted $174.XX monthly for 3 vehicles. I made it clear that I had a first offense dui on my driving record. We went over the policy a few different times even. Now upon confirming the policy and putting down the initial payment, I was told that they forgot to add in a discount for not having insurance lapse within 6 months prior. Every time we go to pay the insurance they are never open on time! In a place of business the business should be open and ready for its customers by the open time given! Not 10 to 20 minutes later. Then the customers who have waited for the employees to arrive have to wait more for them to open it all up. thanks for wasting our time! Get better employees!
