TERRIBLE!!! No idea how this company is in business.
I would definitely NOT recommend anybody use this company for anything at all. The aide that came to help my aunt stole from her and never did what was asked of her and she rarely showed up. The company never sent a back up. I don’t know where the other offices are but the office I have dealt with is in Canton, Ohio. I couldn’t even get the office to answer our phone calls or return our messages. They truly left my aunt stranded.
I worked for this company for about four years now. Multiple clients that I had just started with would tell me how (the canton Ohio company) they were left stranded for long periods of time without any help and that they called the office constantly and would get the run around. I have tried getting in contact with the lady at the office about scheduling or anything else and there was never a call that she answered or returned, the same with messages. Didn’t even make it to the interview. Joined 5 minutes prior and waited about 5 minutes after the scheduled time and rejoined. Seen the initials of the person I was supposed to interview with and waited an additional 5 minutes and nothing happened so I left. Guess it wasn’t meant to be and after seeing the reviews it seems I’ve made the right choice to not reschedule my interview either.
I just started the company and one thing I don't like is no one answers the phone so I'm pretty much left in the dark when it comes to tryna change my schedule or something
