My mother is a resident at an assisted living facility in Mesa and sees Dr. Guerrero. This doctor has zero communication with the family and last week put my mother on hospice with zero contact with her family about what is going on with her health or her reasons for putting her on hospice also I am my mother‘s power of attorney.
