I spoke to someone on 8/17/23 and they said to send in photos, which I did. They said they would get back to me. Today is 8/22 and still no response. WHAT A JOKE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
Amazing ...from first experience setting the appointment with Kara to installation! Dependable, professional, friendly and my bathroom shower and mirror look fantastic :) I am just as pleased as I was when you guys replaced my office window and slider door glass... Thank you Tom, Kris, Kara and team for all that you have done- happy to refer you to friends, neighbors etc.!!! LC
Terrible customer service and rude. That was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
We are so pleased with the 6 windows and one door replacement we received from ASAP Glass. They came out to measure within one week of my call, and the windows were in place two weeks after that! Very quick service for this area. I would certainly call them again if needed.
the people at asap were very kind and organized, an issue i found to be uncommon with their competitors.
