Walked into their store on October 9th. Put in an order for 10 windowpanes. And I was told somebody would call me back with a quote. A week later, no one called me. I called the store and they said they don't do custom orders, and that somebody would contact me about my order the next day, which was October 16th. No one ever called me. I have called the story repeatedly for a week and there's no way to leave a message, very poor company.
I have never been to this place.
ASAP installed a replacement window in my home. Their window seal failed causing a cloudy appearance 3 years into a 10 year warranty. ASAP told me my warranty was invalid because it was purchased by my contractor. I told ASAP that I personally wrote and signed the check. I referred ASAP to Better Business Bureau. ASAP asked BBB to have me provide a cancelled check, which I did, but ASAP did not respond. BBB has told me that ASAP will be losing their BBB accreditation due to failure to respond to a warranty issue.
