We have had our generator for about 8 years. ASAP installed it, and has provided maintenance the whole time. They have given us great support, including when a nearby lightning strike fried the system. They have responded quickly when needed, and we have regularly scheduled maintenance visits twice a year. I whole heartedly recommend ASAP based on the great experience we have had.
Poor customer service once they have sold you the generator.
I experienced great customer service today from ASAP. I had an issue with my generator during a time of freezing temperatures. I called the office and within 2 hours they were at my home and my problem was resolved. Thank you!
