I will never use this company for my home repair needs. Henry, the owner and repair man, NEVER returned any of my phone calls. He barely responded by text. The only way I could get any communication from him was through my brother who HIGHLY recommended Henry to me. Henry FINALLY set a repair appointment for Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. and he did not show up nor called. For your own financial and mental well-being, do not hire this company. I was blinded by the advertised claim that this company is Insured and Bonded. I discovered this is not fact. I also discovered Mr. Vargas did not apply for a permit on my job. Mr. Vargas also claims to have a licensed electrician and plumber who do the work. The plumbing and electrical work was sub-standard and was performed by one of his men who is not licensed to perform these tasks. Mr. Vargas is not a licensed electrician or plumber either.
