One star is too many. Do not use this company. Was a client for over 16 years, but, as of today, no longer. They sent tech out to unclog a sink, tech ran snake thru piping in kitchen, busted a hole in adjoining room piping and flooded living room. Instead of working with me or offering assistance for repair was told it wasn't their fault to contact my insurance company. They’ve been here in past and ran snake on same sink with no issue. Prompt easy scheduling with an experienced and amiable plumber, Greg, who did the work and took extra care to ensure it was good. These guys are one of the few remaining independent plumbing firms in our area, with most all others now part of large holding companies with crazy high $ rates. Support our locals!

Yall have two dumbasses on YouTube named LJR demonstrating how to test a RP backflow all wrong the test kits below the assembly, he’s testing it with the outlet valve open and he didn’t even finish the test and could barely remember y’all’s phone number.
