Aaron Reed has worked with athletes from my program and the results we have seen have been fantastic. He is a true pro! I've trusted him with my daughters athletic careers from track & field to cheerleading. My daughter loved going to ASAP Fitness not only due to the facility, but largely because of Aaron. We cannot say enough positive things about Aaron! We were looking for a little something extra to push our daughter to the next level in her training; and Aaron was it. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He worked well with our daughter to help her achieve her goals. Kenna is now in her JR. Year on the track team in College and one of the reasons she was so well prepared was due to her training with Aaron! Highly recommend!!!!
