I can clearly see this company has a very good reputation. However, I unfortunately, encountered one of your vehicles on 1-95 in the rain and when we tried to safely changes lanes, this company truck not only sped up, but baited us by cutting us off, stopping short . ASAP Firewatch is very professional and knowledgeable about the industry and process. From start to finish, ASAP Firewatch helped us with the entire project by advising on the fire watch plan and the number of guards needed. The guards that worked at the site were timely, courteous and professional. And our lead Ms. Angela Estes Flowers did a great job of orchestrating the guards. I called ASAP FIREWATCH as we needed coverage at a property for an insurance claim issue. I am a Portfolio Manager and so it was very convenient having access to the ASAP Dispatch. The staff was onsite and visible for our Board of Directors. The team text me at the change of each shift and let me know who was onsite so that if the Board had any questions that I could get answers quickly.
