We needed fire watch earlier this winter when one of the properties I manage had a frozen sprinkler head that burst. We found ASAP Firewatch from a referral of one of our contractors and we are glad to have found them! They were great in getting us staffed and keeping us informed.
At approximately 11:15 PM our fire alarm sounded. The Fire Department quickly determined it was a false alarm but had to shut down the system to stop the alarm. At 12:30 AM I called ASAP and within 2 hours Chris was on site. He also provided some good maintenance advice that was later confirmed by our sprinkler company. His team stayed with us until our system was restored and all did an excellent job.
ASAP is always there when you need them! Chris is very personable, and the staff are very polite. We had a shift staff member on our site who asked to borrow the vacuum to clean up after the previous shift member. I was impressed! No one likes to have to utilize fire watch, but I wouldn't recommend any other company!
Had to use ASAP Firewatch for a broken sprinkler pipe. Called them on a Friday afternoon and they had someone on property within a few hours. Provided great communication and support during the entire process.
