I would have given 5 if the communication was better. The estimate from Charlie Shakles, the deposit and submitting for the permit on April 10th all went really quick and efficient but then it went silent. Quick to collect the money but no communication in between. I waited on the permit patiently and asked about it early may and was told it hadnt been approved yet but then a month went by and still hadnt heard anything. This is a very good company on time when they say very Conscience of what they are doing. And concern how you feel about the job.
To be honest I don't think I'd recommend this company. They have terrible communication skills and they are unorganized. Took 3 months to get a really small project completed, it was only supposed to take one month at the longest. We had the company out April 10th and they told us they were about a month out on getting things installed. We needed 2 gates and an L-shaped to hide the trash cans. ASAP was a pleasure to work with. The day of install went smooth. Each step along the way was laid out and easy to follow. I would reccommend to anyone looking for a quality fence.
