Excellent install, I lost a couple of hinge clips while adjusting the springs since these are now outdated they gave me two updated hinges at no cost, great customer service
Worthless company. During install, they cut the lock hinge latche by 2 inchs so they didn't have to redue the fence the correct way. I notified them of this issue and they refused to come out and fix it, and you cannot lock it either. My fence was damaged twice by landscapers, so I called ASAP for a quote to fix it. The lady I spoke with said, I am going to send you a text please respond with pictures. I did that exact thing 30 seconds after she sent the text. No answer for 7 days. We needed a custom gate built. The staff at ASAP were great. They were professional, helpful, and timely. They have been fantastic to work with.
On 4/9/26, we signed a contract and placed a downpayment to install 126LF vinyl fence for $4,076. We were told the job would be scheduled once permit had been approved. While waiting, we changed the fence color but ensured it wouldn't impact permitting. Zach, the salesperson, assured us of this as the change was minimal and they had the color in stock. Over a month after we signed the contract, another contractor showed us how to check the county website for our application, and it showed the permit was completed on 5/7. We ... read more
