The recent storm caused an entire circuit in my home to short out. As a result several key things did not work and I was having a huge party on Sunday. I called Thurs. morning, and to my surprise someone was on my doorstep at 1 pm. Everything was fixed by 2:00. The charges were about what I would expect.
