Amazing work! Called at 8:30 am, technician, Ben, was here by 10:30. Everything was fixed by noon. Timely, efficient, affordable, and friendly.
George did a fantastic job identifying the leak quickly and making the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!
Braulio replaced my water heater tank. He is very knowledgeable, polite, kind, and hard worker. He takes his work seriously and make sure that everything is working properly. He made sure that I am satisfied with his work before turning over it to me. I give him 5 star out of 5.
Very bad experience overall. There was no proper system in place and everything felt chaotic. The staff lacked basic customer service skills which made the situation even worse.
