I needed to turn off the water going to my washing machine when it was off. I could not move the shut off. I called ASAP. Eduardo arrived about 10:45am the same day. He turned off the house water. He removed the old frozen stuck valves. He bought new shut offs at Home Depot.He cut a new hole for the new panel, connected the hoses and turned on the house water.it took about 2 and 1/2 hours.
