My experience was great yesterday. Everyone that I came in contact were very friendly and professional. You can tell the staff enjoys what they do.
I am very disappointed in the way my son’s treatment was handled in this office. He is a college student in Jacksonville and needed emergency dental treatment. He called this office and explained his dental insurance (Solstice) would not be in effect until August 1st, but he was in pain, and would pay for X-rays, out of pocket to expedite the process. He was scheduled for tooth extraction today. When he called in, to provide his insurance information he was informed that the office does not take Solstice HMO, only PPO. NO ... read more
Dr. Rajaei and Loukisha provided excellent professional services in adjusting my implant and assured me that if I needed any more adjustments to not worry because the would make sure I get my needs met. I have not been charged extra for any adjustments. I appreciate their caring service.
