I’ve been using ASAP Custom Windows for years. It’s a small company with affordable pricing compared to other places. The office staff could use an attitude adjustment (I’ve learned to work around that issue by requesting Gerardo jr). All in all great place for quality wood windows and doors .

Blown away with how fast and communicative they were! A dozen other suppliers quoted at least 5 weeks for custom size doors with laminate (frosted) windows, but ASAP Custom Windows completely lived up to its name -- 2 weeks or less quoted, actually finished it in one week!! Great communication throughout the process -- When I went in, they showed me examples around the shop to help me pick out all the options available for my custom order, and they called to let me know status updates and support important logistical matters... read more

2021 independent review. I would have to agree with reviewer Byron's take on ASAP windows. The quality is fine, the craftmanship is good, its well measured, its fast, and kind of affordable, but..... As Bryon stated nine years ago, its the owner that's the problem, all of the things he noted about the guys character are true. For my part, I tried really hard to work with him because I have liked the work I have had them do in the past, but he kept throwing up road blocks and changing prices and was just generally unclear an... read more

We've used ASAP Windows for a major remodel. That went okay, if not great. The finish quality of the windows is marginal (unsanded, saw marks visible on many pieces requiring additional work to make presentable). There were several screw-ups which the owner made good (wrong size window, wrong swing on another window) he redid the work gratis, so the additional cost was mostly time. I have used ASAP for over 20 years on my bungalow renovation projects. Great quality and fast turnaround.
