After contacting several courier services who could fulfill a tough request, A.S.A.P. Courier Services did not disappoint. We needed someone to pick up some computer equipment from a residence. When they arrived, the equipment was not boxed and still sitting on the individual's desk...upstairs. Martin promptly assisted me with scheduling a courier on the same day for delivery of a most important letter. He completely understood the timeliness of delivery and worked to ensure it was done quickly. He and Chris (in dispatch) were on point in communicating with me throughout the process, and worked quickly to handle an issue that arose. The delivery was successful because of their professionalism and diligence. I am so impressed by Martin's thoughtfulness and this company's outstanding customer service!

I had a need for same-day courier services in Orlando. ASAP handled the job to perfection! Answered my call promptly, provided a quote immediately, handled the pick-up and delivery quickly and efficiently (faster than I anticipated), and followed up with a receipt and confirmation of services rendered. I was very impressed and highly recommend!
