5 starts cause this company does the right thing and not keep an employee who would throw coffee at a drive thru worker because he was upset with the price. I would never want a cruel man like that in my home to help with any type of service. Absolutely disgusting some people like Adam Mor New, think they can get away with having a tantrum over something the worker has no control of.
Great company. In and out, knowledgeable technician. My carpets are pristine now! Just like before when I bought them. Highly recommend!
