Actually it should be ZERO stars!!! Just like everyone else... Good luck getting your deposit back! It's been 3 months and I have TRIED to contact them several times! The few times I did reach someone, they claim deposit return will be issued-never happened! And let's talk about the car... It was kinda stinky and it shook. I barely dared to take it on the highway!! Just save yourself a headache and stress, get your rental car from somewhere else. You aren't saving money if you never get the deposit back.
Over 9 weeks since I returned the vehicle, still no sign of the $150 deposit. I've called them several times over the weeks, the person supposedly dealing with the deposits is never available. I've left several messages in voicemail and other employees, no call back. Frankly the place is a scam.
