They are frauds! They ask for payment upfront for parts and labor, take the money and never show up to do the repairs. Nor will they answer phone calls. My elderly mother paid almost $200 for repairs to her washer. We have called and called...it has been over a month. It is quite obvious, they ripped her off! Many others have come forward and said the same thing happened to them!
They charge $65 to walk into your house & tell you to replace 2-40 gallon hot water heaters for $2400. I think they're a joke! And I would never use these people. To come out in this day and time in charge $65 no wonder! Who would want to pay that kind of money? They are a rip off!
This company is a joke! Do not waste your time calling them. They promise to work with you and NEVER show up, thsy DO NOT cal to reschedule. You call them back and the phone just rings. I rate this place as a .05

They came out, said the motor was out took my money and has not shown up yet, 4th day now, and they do not answer the phone now. I will be taking this to court. They came back out today, and installed the new motor, it is working. Do Not Pay until the job is complete !
I contacted ASAP to fix my washing machine because it stopped running cold water & would only wash with hot water. I rec'd a call from ASAP office manager asking if I'd be at home the next morning. I waited all day long & Mr Pierce & his helper finally showed up after 4 pm. They determined the motherboard needed replacing. He told me that he should have the part at his office but if not he'd have to order it & if he didn't make it out the next morning it would be Friday before he would be back. Will not recommend this business. Showed up, diagnosed a problem, took my money for a part and service, and has not returned in 4 days. According to their receptionist, the part was delivered and tested yesterday. Now, they won't even answer the phone!
First time I used them it was fine...He fixed my dishwasher. Second time I tried to use him he never showed up after setting up appointment. Did not even have the courtesy to call and give any excuse after waiting 2 days. NOT dependable -
Made an appointment and took the day off, service man never showed up and didn't call. I called their office back inquiring about no show and rescheduled for next day, they didn't show up again the next day and wouldn't return calls. This company highly NOT recommended!!
