They came out, said the motor was out took my money and has not shown up yet, 4th day now, and they do not answer the phone now. I will be taking this to court. They came back out today, and installed the new motor, it is working. Do Not Pay until the job is complete !
Will not recommend this business. Showed up, diagnosed a problem, took my money for a part and service, and has not returned in 4 days. According to their receptionist, the part was delivered and tested yesterday. Now, they won't even answer the phone!
First time I used them it was fine...He fixed my dishwasher. Second time I tried to use him he never showed up after setting up appointment. Did not even have the courtesy to call and give any excuse after waiting 2 days. NOT dependable -
