One star is generous. Do not call these people. I called for service on my washer/dryer unit and was quoted $80 to diagnose which would go toward any service needed. The technician was there for about 45 minutes. He replace NO parts. He basically unplugged and then reconnected the control boards and it started working again. He charged me $250 which seemed like ALOT given the amount of time and effort put in but I paid it. Then when I went to run laundry, the whole room was hot and smelled. Called back within a half hour of my leaving a message. Was at my place within a half hour after that. Charged $65 for the house call to look at my broken washing machine, 100% of which he guaranteed would go towards the repair if we went that route. The repair cost $100, plus he fixed my broken garbage disposal for another $20 on top of that. Very friendly and reliable. Would definitely utilize his services again. FYI, doesn't take credit cards.
