Issue: dishwasher not draining Review : Ali was timely and professional. He even, gave me a 20min heads up before arriving. Ali identified the cause of my dishwasher issue quickly and repair it and as a BONUS he also aligned my dishwasher correctly. Amazing service. Called on Monday morning about a problem with my dryer. Had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I will be going here for any of my appliance needs going forward.
Amazing job!!! Very professional and friendly.He immediately responded once I called for my washing machine to get fixed. The communication was great, letting me know his ETA. He replaced the water pump in less than an hour and even gave me tips on what not to do so I don't have anymore issues. He gave me free washing machine pods. The price was fair and I will definitely use them again in the future!
Ali is an appliance genius! What took another appliance company 4.5 hrs to TRY to fix and replace a new Bosch dyer motor and tell me afterwards I need a new control panel- Ali had my Bosch dyer up and running in 15 min. He knows his craft and the only appliance company worth working with is ASAP Appliance! The best in the Bay Area!
