I recently had a terrible experience with this company who I called for a drainage issue that was not resolved or properly diagnosed. I had to call another plumber who solved the issue within 20-30 minutes. I am very unpleased with their service and would NOT recommend their services to anyone. When I tried to discuss this with the owner, he simply hung up on me and has not returned my calls nor answered my calls. This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

My water heater died on Saturday and I knew I needed a new one. When I called Calvin he made a recommendation on what I should get and told me if I picked it up, he would work on Sunday to install it. My previous plumber cut corners and I found out his work was not up to code and Calvin fixed all of that as well. Because of issues he didn't create, the job took longer than usual and he still charged me what he quoted and even stayed later to replace the main shut off valve that started leaking when I turned the water back on... read more

We had an emergency situation and Calvin helped us out. He was professional and gave us wonderful service, while still making you somehow feel like family. He celebrated the small wins of our water heater being barely still under warranty and our new one being on sale. He also handled our new one coming from the store with a broken with great problem solving.

I spoke with this guy, sent pictures and he gave me a quote. He was supposed to go out to my property, but then became completely unresponsive. I cannot speak on the quality of his work because again, he was a no show. But, I can say his price point was above the going price point to replace a water heater and his lack of communication was quite disappointing.
