Taking good care of my husband. On the job injury of his shoulder. Also in the past year he has had to go here for other reasons and he had wonderful care.
Just frightening. You are a thing here, a number, not a person. The medical industry's trend away from "do no harm" and towards "I was just following orders!" is strong with this one. Unless it is the cheapest is town, I can't see why people keep getting pushed into this place.
I can definitely see why this place has a 1.8 stars. I scheduled an appointment for my son back in march to be seen in OCTOBER. Months went by and I accidentally missed the appointment (my fault) but I never got a phone call to remind me when I was told I would get one. I scheduled this appointment months in advance how am I supposed to remember an appointment 7 MONTHS IN ADVANCE.
