Dr Godwin is gone but I loved her. Loved the PT she referred me to and my surgery was fine (it was awful but that's not Drs fault ). I am sad she went back east.

They were sent a referral just before new years 2024. Called in mid January 2025 and was told they were still processing referrals from November 2024 and they would call me. Received an email and text in mid May that they would like any documents from any other urologist and would call to set up an appointment. Its June 13, 2025, still no call. I waited a very long time to see Dr. Godwin. She left a wonderful first impression. On my second appointment, I had to wait over an hour to be seen. I had a very personal exam done with a scope inserted into my bladder. I was rushed through it and I had a lot of questions that were answered in a very scatter-brained way. I feel like a lack of communication is the down fall of Asante. They want you to use my chart but when you do and after reading what my results are, you don't even get a call to go in and discuss what your options are or a plan to move forward. I called and asked for a appointment and was told I'd have to wait until someone else calls to set it up. So with that being said it proves Asante doesn't care about how the patient is doing or how it is effecting their feelings, why is the medical field so horribly so in the west coa... read more
