I came in here on the advice of my doctor because our Urgent Care at the VA wasn't open. I waited an hour or so to be seen only to have the doctor give me exactly the prescriptions I was already on. Showed up today after feeling ill after a tick bite two weeks ago. The check in process was quick and easy…and that was about it. I was put in a room where I sat for two hours and when I got up to go to the restroom noticed people that had checked in after me were already being treated and discharged so I asked where I was in line. We are always in and out extremely fast compared to other places. They have a great financial assistance program and the facility is always clean. Staff is always very friendly and treats us with respect.
