I came in last night to get evaluated for a sore throat and was treated by Amy card. I have been dealing with this sore throat for several days and they swabbed my throat to check for step, the rapid strep came back negative so they sent me home with information on how to gargle with salt water…. I called this morning with worsening symptoms asking if they could prescribe something to help with inflammation, I asked for a steroid and was denied and told to go back to urgent care if symptoms got worse… why so you can give me ... read more
This five star review is for Ashley in the labs. She is a phlebotomist there… She is extremely kind and caring. She remembered from the last time that I was there that I am a hard draw. She immediately got out a warm pack to help find my vein and when it didn’t work immediately, she tried something different, which was wonderful. Thank you for your caring. You are an excellent excellent phlebotomist.
While tree trimming, an ant fell into my ear. It felt and sounded HUGE. I tried to float him out. No luck. So I went here. The practioner came in. Used the tool to look in the good ear. Then looked in the subject ear. The ant crawled right into the light. She tapped him out. Done. I advised the PA that I had a ridiculous deductible and would be on the hook for whatever this cost. I just got home from taking my mother in to Asante immediate Care. Some of the staff there are cold, rather rude and uncaring in their manner. The nurse practitioner was extremely abrupt and ,unfriendly would only give enough antibiotics for three days which has never been sufficient for my mother‘s UTIs. I myself have retired from Asante. My son was an RN there as well. I have never experienced such and uncaring treatment in any of my visits there. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience there today.
