From the front desk check in to discharge the Immediate Care to Emergency, I received superb and professional care. I was impressed with attentive expedience of all the medical team. It was clear that was medical center’s goal and they delivered. I felt heard. My health and understanding was top priority along with treatment. It was pleasantly unexpected. I would recommend for any Immediate Care or Emergency needs.
Whomevers decision it was to try a Dr out in the ER to speed assistance, I bow to you. A normal 7-9 hour trip dropped to a 2 hour trip. My child, myself and everyone who has ever visited an ER waiting room thanks you for making an informed and vital decision in care. Not to mention every nurse everywhere who hates the "Q" word. You have made the "Q" word not so taboo by accessing coughs, burns and cuts without hours of wait time, visual assessments and unnecessary blood works. Now I understand why The er got a 2.3 review. I am better known as a frequent flyer because I've been in the er quite a few times. Most times during general business hours I have gotten good treatment. I say 'good' because there was one nurse that did not have a good bedside manner. at all. i believe an unnecessary exam was given to me that caused me to leave in far more pain than i came with. the pain has still not fully resolved. i believe if the patient has told your doctor directly that they have not successfully had a specific type of exam without severe excruciating pain due to what other doctors believe to be a medical condition, and there are other less invasive options for methods of collection that will yield the same results as that exam, then i believe the less invasive option of collection should b... read more
