The infusion center nurses are absolutely amazing! They are all so compassionate and professional. My mom really liked them even if they might not have liked her difficult veins. lol The schedulers and phlebotomists are also all very sweet. My mom's oncologist seemed a bit cold but very professional (I guess there's no other way to be in a department like this to protect their own mental health so I get that) My issues are the following: it took TWO months to initially do treatment. I don’t know how I can ever thank all of the nurses, technicians, office staff, doctors volunteers and everyone else that worked behind the scenes to help me with my journey through chemotherapy and radiation treatments. They made me feel safe and truly cared for and I will always be forever great-full. Everyone of them deserves a Daisy award!!!
Three stars for: A clean center (despite the fact that my mom did catch the flu from here which imo kicked off a series of unfortunate events that lead to her demise) the center is clean. Medical assistants, schedulers and ESPECIALLY the infusion nurses are all wonderful! Seriously, you have some rock star infusion nurses. My mom smiled alot when visiting despite the pain of the pokes. If it wasn't for that, I would give no stars. Why? Dr Vatsal Patel supported me and gave me a lot of time and encouraged me throughout my cancer journey and radiation treatment. He was always there when we needed him. He is a great doctor. I place him at the top in the list of top doctors.
