Second appointment here for labs before injection. Not very impressed. Checked in and was told the receptionist would let them know we are here. 9: 30 am Waiting to be called At 10:15 went back to the reception desk and she says "did you let them know you are here? No where? Around the stairs to the next desk!! Realized that they assume new patients know what to do. I had an appointment with hemotology with Dr TK. Haven't been for awhile due to private issues. Went to my appointment being told to show up 30 minutes prior to Dr appointment for lab work. Believing we were going to discuss my labs.. I saw a very immature and bratty Practioner by the name of Amand Taylor. She basically scolded me about canceled appointments and told me that my problems were due to other issues. This review is 11 years late, but better late than never! I had the most wonderful, compassionate, positive team when I was receiving radiation for six weeks for breast cancer 11 years ago. At that time, the Center was under construction, there was a cookie day each week to look forward to, my partner knitted hats and donated them to the hat basket for those who had chemo treatments, when there was a "graduate" from radiation they got to ring a big bell, and... well... the point I am making is that it is a very supportive, p... read more
Why did you call my mom on a Sunday at 7pm tell her, her cancer was back and then wish her a Merry Christmas!! You have no compassion!! You could have called her in for an appt, sat her down and had a conversation with her!!
