Total waste of time. No follow up to make sure I received my needed equipment and supplies. I finally called a month later and was promised a call back never happened. There supplies are a total disgrace and are impossible to contact by phone. Asante should shut this department down immediately. Again take your needs elsewhere because you will not get them here
8 like the consultants, but the sleep center uses and knows the Phillips Restoronix has been recalled 3 years ago. They want you to sign a waiver any health complications for lung disease and carcinogenic diseases. I called out of area and was warned. DO NOT USE THEIR RECALLED MACHINE.
I had to do 2 night time studies and the MSLT daytime nap study here. The second night time study went straight into the MSLT study and both of the techs Mitchel (night tech) and Gretchen (day tech) were so friendly and helpful. Mitch refrigerated the food I brought and even brought me a snack I asked for right before bed, that I had him put in the fridge earlier. I had a realy positive experience here. I was so nervous going in for my sleep study . My tech Christian was professional, kind, and explained everything very well. Thank you!
Be careful with these people. I allegedly looked over medicated when they woke me up at 6 am after my study was over. Even though there was no complaint or issue with the staff when I arrived. They suspended my license with no investigation or warning and called me PCP and told her I was over medicated. They also told my Doctor I kept denying a “taxi voucher” or another way home, they didn’t tell my Doc that I told them my Uncle was taking me home. Be careful be careful be careful!
