My husband & I both work in healthcare. We chose our Primary Care Physician with great care. Dr. Charles is knowledgable, compassionate and most importantly, accessible. He has great working relationships with other specialists, advocating for his patients with regards to referrals and tests. Dr. Charles is a kind, caring physician, whose path with heart touches those in his care.
I came to his Office with my lady friend waiting for the doctor to come in, she had a chest cold and possible high blood pressure. A young lady came in and opened the computer, without a word asking my friend questions and forbidding me to help. My frirnd got scared and did not pass the test, later the doctor came in and out several times. My friend was told another lady would ask questions concerning my friend's safety at home. Dr Charles is caring for my elderly parents. They are both in their mid 80's and sometimes difficult to work with. Dr Charles has such compassion and great humor that he has charmed them both, and they are cooperating and thriving in his care. Thank you so much Dr Charles!
