not sure why the people who run this office have not fired their absolutely useless Referrals staff 3 times in 6 months ive waited for care only to find out referrals were never sent. this has resulted in more than one trip to er and now a 3 week hold up in my care.
I have always had the most professional people at Asante to care for me and I've been to the hospital, lab, and many specialists who are all very qualified. Just so you know, I am 87 and I am a hypochondriac. I go to a specialist for EVERYTHING. !
Receptionist was very rude.
I am sharing from a family member’s perspective. There is so much Provider turnover at this clinic, that I encourage you to stay away. Some of these Providers can’t even stick around for 6 months! I believe this results in poor care. If you have a family member struggling with pain issues, try hospice at Medford Signiture Healthcare.
They don't care. You're better off with Dr. Google.
