I have been a patient of Asante Family Medicine for about 10 years. I always get excellent care. The doctors and staff listen and offer helpful advice and kindness.
I had an appointment at 0900, was asked to be here at 0850. Showed up at 0840 and signed in with registration. At 0915 I went to the desk to make sure I was signed in as I watched about 8 other people who had shown up after me get called back before me. Apparently “the system” kicked me back out of being checked in and now am asked to wait around until 10am… The receptionists at the front apparently didn’t realize this either as they were too busy gabbing with each other.
I went to Asante Family practice today, for my first appointment, and was so pleased with my experience. The receptionist had the best attitude and was so kind, the nurse was a delight and @Amanda Hayes my F.N.P. was knowledgeable, so thorough, listened to my concerns. So glad I made the decision to go there!
