If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband had an MRI a week ago and was told someone would call him the same day or the next day with the results. It's now been a full week, and we've been left in limbo. When I called to ask about the delay, I was simply told we have to wait for the radiologist to review the MRI. When someone is dealing with blackouts and severe headaches and the MRI is of their brain, telling them to "just wait" is unacceptable. Our son, who has severe autism, needed special accommodations in order to have an MRI. The entire team were extremely supportive and went out of their way to help him through the experience successfully. We had excellent care.

This place is a joke. The schedulers are incredibly untrained. They will not accommodate people with claustrophobia and basically brush it off as if I I never told them. I mention about the bigger bed and she refused to schedule me in that be and argued and said they were the same.

Visited Asante Urgent Care in White City to investigate chronic pain/tightness in my left chest -- near my heart. They did X-rays and blood work -- and they said those results were okay. The NP (Nurse Practitioner) explained, however, that blood work & X-rays are quite inconclusive to rule out many likely causes for my pain, including cancer, hernias, ulcers, etc. He suggested that I immediately go to the ER and request a CT scan.
