My 9 year old daughter had to have her 1st blood draw. The woman who did it was AMAZING! She was very good with easing my daughters' mind. She explained the things my daughter had concerns about with such kindness and compassion. She let it happen on my daughters timing and didnt rush her. Did I say she was AMAZING yet? I hope every 1st timer gets her. Thank you Ashley!!
Time to get some lab work done in town instead of heading down to Medford… Somebody mentioned Asante in Grant‘s Pass because that’s where I live. There was someone to greet you and direct you to an automated kiosk or help you when you got there! I chose the kiosk and cruised through it pretty quickly. Then had a seat in the lobby and was called back for my lab work. Everyone was friendly and helpful and acted like real humans! Several thumbs up! Is that possible?

Do not like the self-serve kiosk. You have perfectly good staff who are polite and know what they're doing, but you make me use a kiosk that constantly makes mistakes first. You can't ask a kiosk questions, you can't select the options you want because they're not available. Please use real people.
