Horrible customer and patient service. Feels negative. Maybe poor employee morale?
Seriously the worst in regards to customer service and attention to detail. They have incorrectly billed our insurance numerous times and when you call to get things corrected they are crazy rude and incompetent. Especially whoever Karen E. in their billing department. We will never use Asante again.
