I really hate me and my childs experience has to be spent this way. I am neq to this and i absolutely hate this is what I've experienced. ******* and **** make women wish they could take the abuse from the other parents. I spoke to several parents that feel the same way. The other parent is assigned supervised visitation because of wrong doing but the custodial parent is treated like we are offenders. I left one review and now this is the updated review. I left my review on all review sites. After a month of my review being up, I receive a threatening email from Asante family service. Saying….. I appreciate your emails on Yelp and the Better Bussiness site. Do you want me to respond publicly putting your child abuse online? so now they are threatening to post personal information up. Mary who says she is the Director failed and refuses to give me information on her supervisor. She treated me so rude and unfairly. She told me she didn’t care about a court order. She allowed the parent who I have a criminal protective order against walk right past me she lies. She is not honest, she is so mean and unprofessional I need help

So basically, I will tell every single body to stay away from this place. This place will lie. It will treat your kids like shit. They will smile in your face but once the money stop and you tell them you’re going to be leaving. They will put stuff in your report to make you look bad. I read all my reports. Unprofessional, people here are rude to both children and parents. They call last minute to try and reschedule and when you can't meet there last minute demands they threaten to report you to the court even though they are changing your time last minute and do not give a 24 hr notice. Also they are very rude over the phone they do not follow court order, they only work with parent that started the program, they didn't follow cdc guide lines with covid, my kids have came home saying the people there are very rude to them and ... read more
