Lack of communication, sent RX to local pharmacy instead of the VA pharmacy as I told her. after prescribing a daily injection, she told me she want to see me back in a year. I worked in Medicine for 40 years and that doesn’t make sense,first you need to find out if I’m having any reactions to the medication and to just to see what’s been happening a 4 to 6 month follow-up would’ve been a better idea. I have no confidence in this person.
