After waiting almost 3 months to get an appointment and being dizzy the whole time I finally got into the ent office. In order to have my dizziness treated I was forced to have a hearing test that I didn't need before I could see a PA. I have had this procedure in the past manipulating the ear crystals and it was very simple. This time the PA did nothing and wanted to refer me to someone outside of Asante. I love seeing patients here. We have a great community.
Horrible service. Please do not go here. The doctor did not care anything about me. All he did was blow his nose the whole time I was in the office. I feel as though I did not get a thorough exam. I was shoved out the door as soon as possible. They sent me to someone that won't except my insurance. I called back and never heard a word back. Called and talked to the supervisor and all she did was stick up for the lousy service. Asante is usually pretty good but this department absolutely is terrible. I don't even understand. Picture a very rude person, getting upset, talking nasty; that was the gentleman in front of me in line. The staff, nurses and doctor assumed that was me and began to lecture me as if I were some child. I spent 8 years in the service and won't be talked to(or blamed for something) like that. Terrible care! Don't go!!!!
