Wonderful! Wonderful studio! they have GREAT teachers who all know what they are doing, no questions asked! They know that every one can do it now matter what!!!
Namaste Asana Yoga Studio in Golden is a nice neighborhood studio that is reasonably priced. The only downside is that the studio is pretty small and cant accommodate a large class. My favorite class is the Vinyasa class taught by Susan Merrill. She is a wonderful teacher that keeps the classes interesting and challenging. If you live in the Golden/Lakewood area I would recommend giving this studio a try!
