If you need a real deep tissue massage. Teresa is the one for you. She gets to the problem. Along with her being certified in the Graston technique, she can break up more scar tissue. She has solved several of my issues. I highly recommend her.

Teresa has been my massage therapist since I had an injury at work in 2014. She has an intuitive sense and can find the problem areas/blockages without being told where to go and senses when to go deep and when to be gentle. She is very attentive and sensitive to what your body needs, and will have you leaving treatment feeling refreshed and completely relaxed.
