Avoid - Not professional – Long but true story As a cancer survivor, the treatment left me with dry mouth which in turn has caused major dental issues. Being retired; I do not have dental insurance, so everything is out of pocket. Around June of 2022 I spent about $10K on crowns, bridges and a partial plate at the clinic. They are no good ..life happens and sometimes can't make appointments... wow and they are suppose to help people.. life , things happen unexpected, and refuse to see a patient!!!!
Staff and Dentist were very nice and made the whole experience comforting and I dislike going to the dentist. Whole experience was great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist or just wanna replace a bad dentist office or staff!
Another Dental Grant of Texas customer. Front desk people were very nice, until I was not eligible there. Sent an email for information request and received a nasty email in response. Dentist was rude, as well as the assistant. My paperwork and insurance seemed more important than helping me, which should tell you all you need to know. Mailed something to Dental Grant which was returned to me as a vacant office. So it must be a scam. It seemed they only wanted money.
