I stopped by today to try their food, saw them on instagram a while ago and the food looked good so I wanted to try it. However when I went the store was locked up and locked empty inside even though it says they are open on google ):
I was very confused upon entering as this is apparently a ghost kitchen. The only indication that asado is here was a chalkboard menu below the other Mexican restaurant's menu. I'm not sure where the restaurant pictures online are from... but it's not Maplewood Village. The chicken birria tacos were delicious though. The fish tacos were okay.
I never leave reviews on places I visit, but I definitely have to let everyone know that these are the best tacos and smoked chicken in NJ in my opinion! Top quality ingredients, amazing taste and flawless execution! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
