Their Addison location does not exist. It was bringing me to Wheaton now I’m late for my appointment and they won’t pick up their phone. I took a day off of work to get this done.
This is the worst doctor I have ever seen. It started out positive and it seemed like he listened to me at my first appointment, but after that he and his staff took 3 weeks to give me the name of a nutritionist he said he was going to refer me to and I had to follow up several times just to get a name, not even an actual referral. Dr Asad Rafiq is empathetic, knowledgeable resolving my chest pain issues with clear concise info and remedies! Scheduled endoscopy is just days which is a relief and nearly a miracle these days!! He works with Alexian Ascension Hospital in Elk Grove Village and Glen Oaks Hospital. Some procedures are done in office depending on insurance. Staff was efficient and so helpful and caring! Easy to find location and to an set appointment as new patient! Highly recommend Dr Asad Rafiq and his team!!
Dr. Rafiq is amazing. He is kind, caring and thorough. He listens and takes the time to understand your concerns. I highly recommend him.
