Office staff is terrible. The office manager told us they did not care what would happen to my 18 year old. They were supposed to call her back and never did. They started treatment knowing they would never have time to finish and it was very painful procedures. The staff you call and when I would ask a question they would have no idea how to answer or try to get an answer.
I always receive excellent care at Dr. Khan’s office. He is very patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable and even sometimes funny. At my last injection appointment he was very patient with me as I was a little nervous and scared, but he talked me through everything and made me relax and feel more comfortable with the process and he even made me laugh at the end. For over 25 years I've been getting injections in my spine. That process took several hours and someone to drive me home. Dr. Kahn gave me the injection without anesthesia, hours of recovery or a driver. This was so much simpler.
Everyone is so nice and informative. Very personable and professional. Never a long wait - they seem to care about the patient's value of time.
