there customer service is really poor and you will get different information from different agents, there is really no benefit of getting through them, there are many other agencys who will treat you better and appreciate your business. Not only that there prices are not the best! I canceled my tickets and paid the penalty and bought it through a different agency just because I was really unhappy with the service...buying tickets through them was a mistake!

this is a very good travel agent the staff are courteous and helpful but i if you have any problem with your itineray(as i once did)u better call them immediately from the airport otherwise they will deny you period!
