The owners of this company, ******** ****** ***** and ******* ********* took a large deposit from me and have yet to return it. It has been over a year now of phone calls, lies, runarounds, and deceptions, aimed at keeping me from speaking out or from getting my money back. After doing some research online, it looks like they have taken on massive debt and have defaulted on payments. No wonder they are now just brazenly taking money from their customers. I had ASA recently do a roof repair for a leak. Setting up the job was easy and straightforward. They sent someone to do a free quote shortly after I called. From there scheduling the repair was quick and hassle free. Their team come out and repaired my roof the next day and I couldnt be happier. I will definitely work with *** again for my roofing needs in the future.

extremely poor job at communicating. As an active-duty military family, we were located elsewhere while our roof was getting done. I asked for photos of the job, and they did not respond for weeks. Between numerous calls, texts, and e-mails to the project manager, I had to threaten BBB intervention just to get an e-mail back saying they would get on it. Phenomenal team and responsive crew about every detail. We had a membrane, single and metal roof that were all expertly installed with new gutters. Very pleased. They special ordered the shingles we wanted.

Charles J**** One of the most professional contractors I have experienced in a long time. We have three types of roofs- metal, membrane, and asphalt shingle. The team did each perfectly. New gutters were also installed. The team was responsive and cleaned up areas well. Highly recommend the quality of work and commitment of ASA Roofing.

ASA Roofing did a great job. They showed up within the 1 hour window for the inspection and I had a quote that night. They were on time and finished the repair with no issues and provided detailed before and after pictures. I will definitely use them for future repair needs and recommend them to anyone that need good quality roof repairs quickly.
