Dr Sam is a kind Phsychiatist. He was straight forward and prescribed me appropriately and resposily and the reception was patient and professional.

Not happy. Doctor insisted being sent my personal history and work cover approval letter. After being a sticky beek I get a call saying he doesn't have capacity for me. Surely he knew this before asking for my personal information I'm not happy or impressed
